Deglin Kenealy, Chairman and CEO
A 25+ year, Silicon Valley financial executive, Deglin has a master’s degree from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and has had a long, prominent role in Financial Services. As a founder of Fisher Investments Private Client Group, he grew the firm from $1.0 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM) with $10 million in recurring revenue to a firm that had over $20.0 billion in AUM and over $180 million in recurring revenue during his ten-year tenure. Deglin later served as CEO of Osborne Partners Capital Management. He has worked full-time and then some every week on behalf of Basil Street since July 2016.
Jeff Klemp, COO
Jeff represents more than 25 years of specialty retail expertise, with past leadership roles in store operations, supply-chain, manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and quality control for Fortune 500 and startup companies. He was the Sr. Vice President of Operations and led new store openings, kiosk deployments, field and supply chain operations for a multibillion-dollar specialty retail company. He was responsible for the fulfillment and store operations of over 3,800 specialty retail stores with more than 35,000 associates. Jeff is currently the Chief Operations Officer for Commercial Automation, LLC.
Roberto Villani, VP of Innovation
Roberto is the founder of Basil Street and is a serial entrepreneur who has led many ventures. Most recently he was CEO of California Food Company, a specialty frozen pizza company, which launched the idea for and created Basil Street. Roberto‘s passion and vision to make the company thrive is a constant boost to the team. His drive always keeps Basil Street competitive and innovative. He has worked full-time on behalf of Basil Street since July 2016.
